I dunno why, but somehow I feel that love behind that drawing o___0 Hmm.... maybe his expression.
I put a lot of passion in my drawings, so I am glad it shines through~

But I still wish a few lines weren't so shacky, but learning by doing, right? :3
You're really coming along with digital drawing. ^^ The shading is looking great, especially along the back of the coat and his hair! There's a lot more details on the pants, too, with little creases and a little design on the zipper fold. Positioning's looking great, too; but why is Cell concerned with his nails?
The only problem I see is the hair; the lines look shaky, but I guess you already know that, judging by the comments. It's the only place where the lines look off, though.

Yeah, it's because I had to pull down the lines, which is really hard to do, but I slowly get better
